OCU started the season off on the right foot with a 4-3 victory over visiting Brescia University. Leading the way for the Lady Oaks were Junior Kristi McVey and Freshman Tabitha McKinney with wins in both singles and doubles. Joy Cutler rounded out the victory with a singles win.

The Lady Oaks meet Brescia again on September 16th in Owensboro at 2pm.
