Commencement Rehearsal

Johnson Center

If you plan to participate in the commencement ceremony, it is recommended you attend rehearsal. Candidates report to the Johnson Center and will be seated by each school. Do not wear caps and gowns at rehearsal. Find a sign for your school and take your seat on the bleachers. Rehearsal will last one hour.

Commencement Ceremony

Oakland City University’s Commencement Ceremony will begin at 10:15am (CST) once all students have been seated in the Johnson Center from the commencement walk through the arch. Each school will acknowledge their graduates, and President Dempsey will present the graduates for the conferral of degrees.
